Monday 27 October 2025 | kunstRUIM Galerie, Jodenbreestraat 25, Amsterdam On Amsterdam's birthday, we're celebrating at kunstRUIM Galerie - and you're very welcome. Come along for the festive neighbourhood drinks (16.00-19.00) and enjoy art, live music, encounters and fun. During the drinks, a small delegation of Amsterdam Balkan choir Slavuj will sing their songs from countries around the Balkans and the Black Sea - about cranes flying overhead, impossible loves and fierce desires. Programme: 12.00-19.00 - Creative walk-in workshop paper cutting (by the Dutch Association for Paper Cutting: www.papierknippen.nl) 16.00-19.00 - Festive neighbourhood drinks 17.30-19.00 - Live music by Balkan choir Slavuj Admission is free - everyone is welcome. Together we celebrate 750 years of Amsterdam and show how art connects and enriches the city.
