Underground Cinema | Grey Gardens (1975)

Grey Gardens was the estate where ‘Big Edie’ and ‘Little Edie’ (family of Jackie Onassis) lived in total seclusion and poverty. They lived in one of 28 rooms, with the rest occupied by cats and raccoons. The Maysles Brothers made a sensitive and lyrical portrait of these ladies.
