LEMON—AI’D showcases the result of a special collaboration between Amsterdam band Lemon and Image and Media Technologist Rodger Werkhoven. In 2025, Lemon released a single every month, and Werkhoven used these as inspiration to create AI art. The result: digital Delft Blue plates in widely varying styles, which were eventually also made from actual ceramics. Six of the twelve plates will be exhibited for a month at café40, alongside the lyrics of the songs for which they were created. By scanning QR codes, the songs can be listened to on Spotify, and the complete collection can be admired online.
